We understand the enormity of the decision to request assistance from a care provider. As a care provider we are there to assist, not to take over. By creating a care package that is tailormade to each client, it means we have their needs at the very forefront, assuring that they are in control.
We strive to evolve with the ever-changing needs of our clients, ensuring that they receive only the highest possible standard of care at all times. From the first contact we have, we want our clients to feel part of the Adelfi Care Services family and know they are in safe hands.
We ensure our clients will only be visited by a handful of different care assistants. As part of our person-centered approach we want our care assistants to build strong professional relationships with our clients as this enables us to assess more accurately their care needs.
